First time purchasing from Thanh and would do it again gladly. Also the first time I’ve bought online only as opposed to in store, and while I was nervous I had no reason to be. Bought an Omega Speedmaster Ed White 321 and had a great experience – he was responsive (via email, phone and text), had no issue video chatting with me to discuss the details and show me the watch, box and accessories. Pricing was fair and the process was very clear. Where Thanh went above and beyond was when FedEx wouldn’t release the package due to a small error in name on my ID, he picked up right away via phone and sorted it out. I really wasn’t sure about such a large purchase online with no physical store (although he did tell me he has a location in Texas for anyone who wants to purchase in person) but after this experience I have zero concerns working with him in the future.
