10/10! – 1st ever online purchase – terrific service

First time purchasing from Thanh and would do it again gladly. Also the first time I’ve bought online only as opposed to in store, and while I was nervous I had no reason to be. Bought an Omega Speedmaster Ed White 321 and had a great experience – he was responsive (via email, phone and text), had no issue video chatting with me to discuss the details and show me the watch, box and accessories. Pricing was fair and the process was very clear. Where Thanh went above and beyond was when FedEx wouldn’t release the package due to a small error in name on my ID, he picked up right away via phone and sorted it out. I really wasn’t sure about such a large purchase online with no physical store (although he did tell me he has a location in Texas for anyone who wants to purchase in person) but after this experience I have zero concerns working with him in the future.

Excellent Experience with Thanh

Thanh was great to work with. I have never purchased on the grey market before, and he was able to make me very comfortable with the transaction. I purchased a rolex Day Date Yellow gold with the ombre green dial. Everything came as described in his listing. Delivery was the next day, and his prices are very fair for the current market. If you have never purchased through the grey market and want to try, make sure you check takuyawatches.com first. I plan to buy from him next time I am looking for a watch.

Recently completed my 7th watch purchase from Takuya Watches. Each and every transaction was flawless. Each watch arrived approximately 24 hours from time of purchase, in showroom condition as well as running flawlessly. I discovered them online via a local search for a reliable, trustworthy watch seller. All my previous watches were purchased from Crown and Caliber, a company that was bought out by Hodinkee and quickly went out of business. I don’t think you will find a more reliable seller out there! You won’t be disappointed.

Platinum standard.

I’ve bought 5 or so watches from Takuya. Every time the watch comes quickly, packed super well and is perfect. One of the best in the business.

Second perfect buy transaction with Thanh at Takuya Watches. First ever purchase of a “used” watch so an accurate, conservative description of condition becomes very important and Takuya Watches nailed it. Condition was described as “excellent” and I could not tell it wasn’t New! Takuya Watches’ communication, responsiveness and operational execution is peerless and I have been a collector for 54 years. I anticipate growing my collection with Takuya.

Michael Creadon

Completed my first deal with Takuya Watches and it was an absolute pleasure throughout the whole process. Thanh was very responsive, transparent and patient with all my questions. I was unsure between two models and he really took time to show me both and it was clear he wanted me to be 100% happy with my decision. No rush or high pressure. I received a very competitive honest fair deal on my trade-in and the new watch. He’s earned a customer for life with my family!

Doesn’t Get Any Better Than TakuyaWatches.com

I won’t have enough awesome things to say about TakuyaWatches.com, but I’ll try: excellent watch quality, service, and communications. Thanh went the extra ten miles to make this first time customer happy (based on colleague/previous customer recommendation) – gave me a quick & fair deal for trade-in, shipped just as quickly, followed up every step of the way, and even adjusted to my last-minute change of the watch I wanted. There’s no way another dealer will be this incredible to a customer. Thanh is my go-to watch dealer!!!

This was my first purchase with Thanh at Takuya Watches. Communication was excellent. Shipping was fast and packaging was meticulous. The product and accessory items were exactly as described in the listing (item was described as mint and looked unworn when received). Watch was independently authenticated afterwards at authorized service center. I will seek out Takuya first for future purchases.

One of the best buying experiences I have had. Great communication, Quick response. I was unsure how to purchase at first, but send an email to ask any questions, agree on terms, wire money to account provided with the invoice. the watch ships over night the next day, pick-up at Fed-Ex, enjoy your new watch. Everything was as good or better than I expected.

After reading hundreds of comments, reviews, and recommendations about Takuya Watches, I decided to reach out to Thanh for a piece that I was interested in. He was extremely prompt and informative with his responses. After Thanh received my payment, he shipped the piece with next business day and fully insured. I ended up getting the piece authenticated from a local watch dealer and it’s a 100% authentic piece. I look forward to working with Thanh again when I decide to purchase another piece.

An exceptional business, best in its genre

I came into my experience with Thanh and Takuya Watches having read the many positive reviews, and I can confirm, the accolades are all warranted.

I just purchased one of my grail watches from Thanh and the experience could not have gone better. Flawless from start to finish. He responded instantly to my initial query, gave me so much info and guidance, and had the watch out to me immediately upon payment. The watch was even better than described on the site — Thanh over-delivered.

I give Thanh / Takuya Watches my absolute highest recommendation, and am looking forward to doing business with him again! I live in NYC where there are some very good watch dealers, and his service, knowledge and value surpass them. Buy with total confidence.

Takuya is top notch!

I’ve never had experience with a gray dealer. Did my due diligence and a common name that was mentioned was Takuya Watches! The masses weren’t wrong. Began texting Thanh on Sunday afternoon, negotiated a little and he agreed to my first offer. Ordered a brand new Sub no date and a DJ two tone.
Went to bank Monday morning, received tracking number prior to finishing wire. The watches were in my hand at 10:30am Tuesday morning. Both arrived exactly as described and packaged so well it took me longer to unwrap the watches then the whole transaction! Takuya watches has earned my business moving forward and anyone who asks me for a referral! Takuya had the best prices compared to the other big grays. If you’re hesitating, do it!

I just purchased a white gold Daytona (126519LN) from Takuya Watches. Thanh was very fast to response to my inquiries no matter what time of the day it was.
He accommodated me on the bracelet size (swapped it out to fit my wrist). And also made this big transaction very smooth and quick. The description of the watch was accurate and the price point was very fair and competitive.
Once I wired the $ to Takuya Watches, I received the tracking shortly after and I received the watch the next morning.
I recommend Takuya Watches to anyone who wants a safe and reliable source. I will definitely come back to Takuya Watches once I hit a next milestone to purchase my next time piece.
Will treasure my timepiece for the rest of my life.

This is my first Rolex purchase. I wanted an exact watch. I went to the jewelry mart here in LA, and left with not a lot of confidence in the process. Mr. Takuya had the exact watch I wanted, answered all my questions promptly, helped with the payment process, and immediately sent the watch. I took it to the Rolex service center, and every point about the watch was verified exactly as claimed. Couldn’t be happier!

Over the last five years, I have purchased an AP, Rolex & just recently a Lange from Thanh. We are all very lucky to have such a trustworthy individual representing our watch selling/buying community. Second to none, thank you Thanh.

Effortless Upgrade with Top-Notch Service

Upgrading to a Rolex 116500LN through Takuya was a breeze, marking my first time into the secondary market. Takuya’s professionalism and responsiveness were impressive, making the entire process seamless. His competitive offer for my trade-in, along with quick responses via email and text, instilled confidence. Takuya’s proactive approach included sending insured labels for the secure shipment of my watch, emphasizing his commitment to a smooth and secure transaction. The Rolex was dispatched the next day and in my hands via FedEx the following morning.
Authentication upon receipt was a formality that only confirmed the authenticity of the Rolex 116500LN. Takuya’s transparent and communicative style not only made this purchase effortless but also ensured my return as a future client. In summary, my experience with Takuya was a testament to the reliability and trustworthiness of his service. I confidently recommend Takuya for a hassle-free and enjoyable secondary market watch purchase.

I was on the lookout initially to trade or sell my 40mm Explorer I. I saw Takuya watches via Chrono24 then redirected to his business website. Upon reading reviews, he had the most flawless of comments. Each individual that did business with him was very satisfied with the entire process. I emailed Takuya to which he responded relatively quickly. I then moved the conversation and questions about acquiring a Sprite GMT over to his phone number. Mr. Takuya is not only responsive, but very respectful and patient in answering all my questions. Not only was his customer service an A+, he was able to give an offer that was more than competitive compared to others. I traded my Batgirl GMT for a Sprite GMT lefty plus $ on top. I told Mr. Takuya that my Batgirl possibly came short in links and fit a bit snug on my wrist. He went above and beyond and said to try the Sprite on upon initially acquiring as he had added an additional link free of charge; if by any means it was on the tighter side still, he would send an additional link again free of charge. As soon as I made partial payment through Zelle (has a daily limit), he sent the watch for overnight delivery, trusting me by saying I can just send the remainder of $ the next day due to the daily limit. I did my part and sent him confirmation pics of my Zelle transactions etc… to keep him in the loop.
I’ve traded and bought a lot of watches over the years and I can easily say that Mr. Takuya is the best watch dealer I have worked with. Communication, professionalism, patience, adaptability, packaging etc… all of which are at an exceptional standard.
Thank you Mr. Takuya, you have gained one additional life long watch customer!

I was apprehensive in selling my luxury watch to a company and a person sight unseen via the Internet. Thanh Takuya, the owner of Takuya watches, was extremely professional and trustworthy!! Thanh / Takuya Watches is TOP CLASS! I can’t express how grateful I am at how easy, painless, and streamline the transaction was with Thanh.

Communication, Professionalism, and all around GREAT customer service both on the front end of the transaction and the back end. Thanh was already updating me with the tracking/shipping information before I could even have the chance to follow up with him myself!

He asked me what model Rolex and specifics I was looking for, and literally within MINUTES I got 3 examples of Day Date’s that fit my needs. After selecting the one I wanted, again only MINUTES later, I receive pictures of the actual brand new watch, and full set. I immediately wired the funds directly to Thanh/Takuya Watches, and I had tracking the next day! Just picked up the watch from fedex today, immediately went and had it sized by a Rolex AD, and even they were impressed with not only having a brand new watch/full set available, but also at how fast I got it when people are having to put hefty deposits down with AD’s and wait a year or more for a new YG Day Date.

I would HIGHLY recommend Thanh and Takuya watches, and I assure you, you can transact with 100% FULL confidence, I promise you will NOT be sorry! Thanks Thanh and Takuya Watches!
